WMBA comes together for our End of the Year Performance! As the areas fist dance studio with a Pre-Professional Dance Company, WMBA is known for our productions and our Academy Performance is no exception. Each class showcases what they have learned through out the year onstage with music, backdrop and lighting.

Halloween Dress Up Week- October

Carve out a good time and come to dance in your Halloween costume! We are all about hard work, but don't forget there is a time for everything! Come to class dressed in your Halloween costume and rock out to your favorite Halloween music! Don't forget, there's no class on October 31st so that we can Trick or Treat!
Thriller at Belvadere Square

Michael Jackson's classic hit "Thriller" performed at Belvedere Square's Holiday Festival and as a Flash Mob at other locations. The grand finale for the day finishes with a performance to "Monster Mash". Come celebrate with us at this Spooktacular annual Halloween Event.

Fall Festival & Open House

Join us from 5:30-7:30 PM for this Fabulous Fall Festival! Come out and celebrate our 23rd Fall Open House! Guests will enjoy apple Cider, Apples and Honey, Pumpkin Bread and More! Afterwards, shop at outdoor wooden booths around the majestic Christmas Tree with 45 vendors and high quality arts and crafts from all over the world. this is the perfect Holiday shopping experience within a festive atmosphere!

Dads & Tutus Valentines Event
A Valentines Event to make memories! The gorgeous ballerinas of the White Marsh Ballet Academy are inviting their dads or male role model to join their daughters and dance with their ballerinas. You will get one night of ballet instruction along side your daughter. Then you will perform together!(tutus and tiaras are optional)
Ages invited during this time period :
Session 1- Ages 2-6: 2:00-3:00 PM
Session 2- Ages 6 & Up: 4:00-5:00 PM
Tickets will be sold at the studio starting February 1st.
Cost: 20.00 includes Dad and Daughter
Daughters are encouraged to wear their favorite tutus.
WMBA Dance-A-Thon-Tentative
March 14, 2020
At 7 pm the WMBA Dance Company will be hosting a DANCE-A-THON! For a $35 minimum pledge donation, students can dance the night away! Snacks, relay games and a disco ball dance party will keep you Dancing til you drop! Bring a sleeping bag and pillow if you wish to stay the night (must be 5 years or older) Breakfast will be served!
Recruit additional donations from friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, and anyone else interested in supporting our WMBA students. Get as many donations as you can and then join us Saturday to celebrate friendships and dance the night away! The student who raises the most money will be crowned the dance-a-thon King OR Queen!
Costume Reveal week!

Find out what your child's costume will look like to the June Production (recital). Yes! everyone is allowed to participate on stage with lights in costume! You will be amazed at what your children can do after a a few months of class. Performance dates are currently scheduled for June 13 & 14. Young children dance in one performance.

Have you dreamed of Dancing in The Nutcracker Ballet? WMBA will hold Open Auditions for White Marsh Ballet Academy's performance of the Nutcracker. The audition is a regular class experience. For more information, watch the WMBA Portal for guidelines for auditioning.
Auditions are for dancers ages 5-7 years.
All are welcome!

Family Movie Night-Doolittle

A night of fun starts off the new year! We are going as a group to see Doolittle. Get your tickets for the 2:30 PM show. Meet as at AMC Theatres on the White Marsh Avenue at White Marsh at 2 pm for pictures and snacks. Kick back with your child and watch a movie on the big screen... lets have some fun!

Dance Company Auditions

If you dream of participating in a magnet program, dancing in college or being a professional ballerina, or just need to dance, dance, dance, then this is your chance. Consider auditioning for the dance Company! You will get to do 2 full length performances in the winter and spring as well as the June production.

Decorate a Pointe Show

We are going to decorate pointe shoes in the most most creative ways! Bring a pointe shoe or two, and come ready to paint, glue and design during this fun filled event for dancers on pointe. Don't forget a cover up or smock! Ages 8 and up
